Christmas Eve
It snowed most of yesterday, and in the evening there were some nasty wind gusts, creating snow drifts. This is our front yard this morning...I love the swirly patterns wind-swept snow makes.
As old as the long, cold winters get out here in S Dakota...I do love a white Christmas! Have yourselves a Merry Little Christmas, everyone! Stay warm and cozy!
From the swirling patterns in the snow it sure must've been windy during the storm. We're having unusually warm weather today, it's actually 40 degrees out right now. Merry Christmas.
I thought about you when I saw the weather forecast. I agree, a white Christmas is nice. It's raining here now, but I think it's supposed to turn colder. I just hope the roads stay clear so my kids can make it in. Merry Christmas!

ReplyDeleteYou keep the wind - I'll keep the snow and cold. But put another log on the fire and have a Merry Christmas with your loved ones.
